Due to a restructure in our Food & Beverage Departments we're looking for suitable candidates for the following positions.

Greenhouse Restaurant Manager
Reporting to our F&B Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of our Greenhouse Restaurant, predominantly working straight shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar 2 AA Rosette establishment and can demonstrate a passion for standards of service and staff training.

Alexanders Manager
Also reporting to our F&B Manager this is an opportunity to run your own pub.  The successful candidate will become the face and personality of Alexanders, to promote sales and a loyal following.  Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

Sous Chef
A candidate who has a passion for creating quality food, able to run all sections of the kitchen, coach and manage younger commis within the team.  Ideally you will have 3-4 years experience of working in a similar environment and have the ability to run the kitchen in the absence of the Executive and Head Chefs.

Conference Co-ordinator
Looking for a customer focused individual to join our dynamic sales office team, to work full tme.  The ability to sell the hotel and its facilities, be computer literate, numerate and able to multi task are essential.
