Pressed terrine of Cartmel Valley smoked salmon and Millom crab,

saffron mayonnaise, melba toast

Cumbrian air dried ham, celeriac, walnuts, lambs lettuce

Grilled goat’s cheese, textures of cauliflower

Cream of leek and potato soup, chive oil

 

Traditional roast Cumbrian turkey, chestnut stuffing, chipolata sausage and roast gravy

Roast fillet of beef, fondant potato, butternut squash, wild mushrooms, red wine sauce

Grilled fillet of halibut, roasted peppers, basil, aged balsamic vinegar

Baked parcel of root vegetables, Cumberland mustard cream

 

Warm plum pudding, black cherries and brandy sauce

Mandarin desserts served in miniature

Selection of Cumbrian cheeses, water biscuits, grapes and celery

Table reservations are available 12.30pm, 4pm and 7.30pm

£60.00 per person

Children up to the age of 12 will be charged £40 and may choose a smaller helping or an

option from the children’s menu.
