Enjoy a festive five course lunch with all the trimmings prepared for you by Executive Chef Justin Woods and his team in the award-winning Greenhouse Restaurant with a visit from Santa during the afternoon - the perfect way to enjoy Christmas Day.

Christmas Day Menu  

Terrine of ham hock, new potato and Cumberland mustard, homemade piccalilli, rye toast

Cartmel Valley smoked salmon, tempura prawns, cauliflower, parsley dressing

Salad of wildmushrooms, soft poached egg and butternut squash

Cream of white onion and thyme soup, black pepper crème fraiche

Traditional roast Cumbrian turkey, chestnut stuffing, chipolata sausage and roast gravy

Roast chump of lamb, gratin potatoes, parsnips, carrots and shallots

Pan fried fillet of sea bass, brown shrimp risotto, red wine butter

Open lasagne of grilled vegetables, goat’s cheese and basil

Warm plum pudding, caramel oranges and brandy sauce

White chocolate panna cotta, black cherries, pistachio cream

Table reservations are available 12.30pm, 4pm and 7.30pm

£60.00 per person

Children up to the age of 12 will be charged £40 and may choose a smaller helping or an

option from the children’s menu.
