Our Executive Head Chef Justin Woods was awarded Cumbria Life's Chef of the Year for 2012. Since joining the hotel in 2003 from The Lanesborough in London he has increased the standard in The Greenhouse Restaurant to 2AA rosettes with his passion for local produce.
