We appreciate that budgets are not as flexible as they used to be. At Best Western PLus Castle Green we endeavour to provide a quote that best fits your event and your budget.
We keep things simple
We don't want to tie you up in knots while you shop around for the best conference deal. So we keep it simple,
all our conference rates include VAT and equipment so you can be assured that our quote will match your final invoice.
24 Hour delegate rate from £130.00 per delegate inclusive of vat
Rate includes:
- Room hire of the main meeting room (air conditioned with plenty of natural daylight)
- All equipment including data projector, laptop computer (with broadband connection), screen, OHP, flip chart(s), TV & video, remote mouse and one control for all equipment (no charge for extra flip charts!)
- Complimentary wi-fi throughout the hotel
- All materials provided (marker pens, scissors etc)
- Unlimited refreshments throughout the day (includes assorted teas and coffees, biscuits, fruit and Kendal mint cake)
- Unlimited soft drinks including chilled cans, mineral water & fruit juices
- 2 course hot and cold sit down buffet lunch in the Restaurant (main and sweet)
- Overnight accommodation in a choice of either twin or double room for sole occupancy
- Full Westmorland buffet breakfast or Continental breakfast
- 3-course dinner in our AA rosette awarded Greenhouse restaurant or Private Dining
- Complimentary use of our Health & Fitness Club
- Complimentary car parking for up to 200 cars
