We endeavour to make your conference here at Best Western PLUS Castle Green as easy as possible - so we include all the equipment below in our delegate rates.
We know organising a conference or meeting can be testing at the best of times, the last thing you want is a problem with technology or wondering if your budget can stretch to another flipchart pad.
At Castle Green we offer a 'no hidden extras' policy - all our room hire, day and 24 hour rates include the following equipment hire, free of charge.
- Laptop with broadband connection
- Complimentary wi-fi
- LCD Projector and Screen
- Spider Phone
- OHP Projector
- CD & DVD Player
- Unlimited Flipcharts (must be pre-booked to ensure supply) with pens
- Pads, Pens and Paper
- Still or Sparkling water
- Stationery Box with blutac, scissors, post-it notes etc.
Our rooms in the Conference & Training Centre also have individual safes with internal powerpoints so you can safely lock items away if required.
We also have our own PA System if required with static, roving and lapel microphones for those larger events.
Dedicated Conference Hosts
We have a team of specialised staff who are on hand throughout your time at Castle Green. Our Conference Hosts will ensure all the technical side of your event runs smoothly whether you are using our equipment or bringing your own, leaving you to concentrate on delivering your meeting.
All event organisers are provided with a portable telephone giving you direct contact to your conference host, so if you need photocopying or to advise chef you're running late for lunch our team will be easily available.
