Hotel guests
Complimentary membership to the gym, pool and steam room is included in all our overnight accommodation prices. Staff are on hand to ensure you get the best out of the gyms latest equipment keeping you on the road to fitness.
Pulse Health and Fitness Club membership
Staff will prescribe personalised exercise programmes to help you achieve your goals with memberships starting from just £28.00 per month. All classes, assessments and personal prescribed programmes are included in membership prices, there are also discounts available to gym members in our Greenhouse Restaurant and Alexander's the Pub.
Gym Equipment
The club boasts 2 fully equipped Technogym studios, including Excite Treadmills, Steppers & Cross Trainers to help you improve your fitness and lose any excess pounds. A substantial range of free weights and resistance equipment is also available. Other equipment includes a speed ball, punch bag, chin & dip machine and core balls.
