Staff will prescribe personalised exercise programmes to help you achieve your goals with memberships starting from just £30.00 per month. All classes, assessments and personal prescribed programmes are included in membership prices, there are also discounts available to gym members in our Greenhouse Restaurant and Alexander's the Pub.
Gym Equipment
The club boasts 2 fully equipped Technogym studios, including Excite Treadmills, Steppers & Cross Trainers to help you improve your fitness and lose any excess pounds. Brand new Technogym Element+ resistance range with a substantial free weight selection. Other equipment includes a punch bag, chin & dip machine and core balls.
