With a food turnover approaching £2 million our food and beverage facilities cater for extensive conferences, weddings, banquets and social events, a contemporary restaurant and ‘Alexanders’ our casual dining offer located separately in the grounds of the hotel. We seek an enthusiastic, creative, commercially focused and motivational leader to support the Executive and Head Chef in running the hotel kitchens. The successful candidate needs to be genuinely passionate about food and enjoy cooking whilst having a flare for the hospitality industry overall and the ability to identify and develop talent.
This role is not for the timid or faint hearted but if you enjoy the buzz of a busy well run operation this could be the job for you!
