Our largest function room caters for up to 250 covers with a traditional plated service often with back to back events. Attention to detail around organisation and planning are key attributes for this role.
We seek an enthusiastic, motivational team player to take responsibility for the banqueting kitchen reporting into the Executive Chef, joining our team of 20 talented chefs and porters.
