Hours of work do vary, but for a full time position are in the region of 40 per week, working 5 days out of 7. We offer straight shifts and we do not encourage staff to work excessive hours.
Excellent working conditions across our 2 AA rosette Greenhouse Restaurant and separate Banqueting kitchens producing food of a high standard to our hotel guests and local non-residents.
