The Swimming Pool has now re-opened to hotel residents. In order to reserve one of the swim lanes available per hour please contact us either by phone on 01539 797016 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to respond within 24 hours. Because of the limited capacity we strongly recommend booking swim times prior to arrival at the hotel to avoid disappointment.
Swimming cancellations can be made for free upto 2 hours prior but any 'no shows' will be charged an admin fee of £20.
Please be advised that in order to use the pool it is preferable that guests arrive to the facility 'swim ready' as our changing rooms are only to be used briefly and must be exited quickly after your swim, showers are not available and there are only a few lockers due to social distancing constraints. Your hour time slot will involve a 45 minute swim, to allow our team 15 mins to complete cleaning for the next hourly time slot. (Following government guidance the steam room currently remains closed)
The opening hours for the swimming pool will be 7:30am - 12:30 and 1:30pm - 6:30pm. Please click here to download a health consent form or collect one from Reception on arrival.
One hour gym slots (which allow for a 15 minute clean at the end of a 45 minute session) can be booked on the day with a member of the Pulse team. These are subject to availability, a PARQ form must be completed prior to your visit and you must wipe down the equipment you have used with the spray and wipes provided.
